BackyardRent collects only what you give us: your name, your contact details (email or phone), your property address if you share it, and any message you write. We use public property records to estimate lot and building sizes for addresses you submit.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to you about your property and the possibility of building an ADU on it. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to mailing lists.

Form submissions are delivered to us privately and stored securely. If you want your information deleted, email kobimantzur@gmail.com and we will remove it.

This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Pages prepared for a specific property are private links, excluded from search engines.
